Easily manage your payables with their corresponding due dates to avoid late payment penalties and organize your finances once and for all!
Over a cup of coffee, my husband and I had our usual morning talk. I asked, “Can you help me think what organizer to share on the blog this week?” He spontaneously answered, “A monthly bill payment checklist. It has been a while since you’ve shared one. I think the previous one needs to be updated.” I smiled. I know by heart how dedicated my husband is in tracking our payables. In our home, he’s the person-in-charge in settling the monthly bills. And he religiously tracks our spending too. I am so lucky to have a man in the house like him who’s so hands-on when it comes to our finances.
So friends, for today’s freebies, let’s tackle your bills and payments. I have here a collection of monthly bill templates, and I’ve also added other budgeting worksheets that you can use right away. I made sure that they are going to be very easy for you to use as they come in simple layouts. Free Monthly Bill Pay Checklist
I know how challenging it is to track payables, especially when your bills have different due dates. Do you sometimes end up shredding a late charge fee because you missed paying? The bill payment worksheets that I have for you will help you have a system to manage your bills. These templates will let you write down all of your monthly payables and then organize them according to their due date. I have different worksheets for you to choose from.
Monthly Bills Payment Worksheet
The first one is a monthly bills payment log that will help you track your bill payment every month. Simply write down the due date of your bill, the bill category, the description, the payment method and the amount to pay. The last column is where you can tick whether or not the payment has been successfully made.
Yearly Bill Payment Log
Next up is a year payment log that will let you organize your payables for the entire year. What’s nice about this kind of organizer is that it allows you to see all the bills you need to pay for the next 12 months in one spot, especially your recurring payables. To use, write the name of the biller, the amount you need to settle, and the due date. You are to tick or cross if payment has been successfully made all through the year.
Monthly Budget Planners
After organizing your monthly bills, you also need to create a budget plan. Included in your download are easy-to-use monthly budget planners that will help you create an ideal monthly budget that you can work with. Here you can write your planned budget per category (transportation, food, insurance, etc.) and identify your actual spending by the end of the month.
Monthly Expense Log
I have also included an expense log where you can easily monitor your monthly spending. Stop wondering where your money went. This nifty page will have your dollars accounted for. To use, write down the date of the expenditure, the category (food, clothing, etc.), the description or the item purchased, the method of payment used, and the amount spent.
