I was going through my laptop files this morning, and I saw the album of Trey’s baptism photos. Oh, so I haven’t blogged about it yet! The day has been a very important day for our little band, and it was celebrated with the people dearest to us!
Let me share with you how the meaningful day went.
Two months ago, dated March 19, 2016 at 2:30 pm, our little family was in Blessed John Paul II Parish in Eastwood City for our child’s baptism. We booked the small baptistery of the church all to our selves. Since the baptistery could only accommodate a few people, only the godparents stayed with us inside. It was a beautiful ceremony. So solemn, so joyful. My heart was singing hymns of praises and gratitude all through out.
But before opening some pages of Trey’s baptism album, I would like to share with you first the simple invitation card that my husband and I handed to our chosen godparents for Trey.
We gave a little note to each of them and politely asked if they’d be willing to take the significant role of being a godparent in our child’s life. In the card, we wrote each of them a message that goes something like this:
Happily, everyone agreed to help us grow our child in faith, to be the godparents of our dear little boy. All in all, Trey has 8 ninongs and ninangs.
Now on to the batismal photos, all taken by Belle Corpuz Photography. I won’t be writing much at this point. I’ll let the photos do the talking.

So that’s how the day went. It was a gloriously blessed day for our little family. We’re grateful to everyone who joined us!
Next week, I’ll try to post photos of our baptismal celebration held in Friday’s Eastwood. I hope you can drop by again!
