Kyle’s play clothes are mostly whites. When you visit him at home in any ordinary day, chances are, you would see him wearing a pair of white cotton shirt and shorts. Some say that I should have him wear dark colored clothes at this stage because he is active and that his white clothes easily get soiled but I actually like to notice it outright when it’s already time to change. And for his going-out clothes? I like them bright and colored!
In occasions that our helper couldn’t do the laundry (because she’s on a stay-out setup and sometimes doesn’t have enough time during the day), I try to squeeze in washing clothes after work (I don’t like to see piles of dirty clothes, that’s why!). It’s quite a challenge for me though because I have a full-time day job and that I usually spend my after-work hours cooking for our dinner, teaching my son, checking on Alex’s needs and so on; hence doing the laundry in the middle of the week has to be done fast, but without compromising the quality of course.

All set to play and get soiled! |
I am happy to share that Pride Powerwash is specially made for washing machines and that it has the all the requirements we need in a good detergent:
- It has Stain-Away formula so no need for manual washing
- It is low foam therefore clothes can move more freely and are cleaned more efficiently inside the washing machine. (They’re easier to rinse, too!
- It has fine and pure granules and contains no chalk!
Just like you, I spend a portion of my family’s earning on clothes and so I always put extra effort in washing them properly so they won’t easily wear-out. I’m also putting a premium on choosing the right detergent to use, like Pride Powerwash. (Happy to have found this new love!)
Isn’t it that seeing your family wear crisp, clean, fresh and bright clothes gives you a level of confidence and pride as a mom? Ganun ako eh (haha)! I don’t want to see my two boys wearing dull and worn-out clothes because it doesn’t make a good impression. Gusto ko parating malinis at mabango and damit, alam ko ganun din kayo! =)
