It’s time to organize your finances once and for all!
Over a cup of coffee, my husband and I had our usual morning talk. I asked, “Can you help me think of what organizer to share on the blog this week?” He spontaneously answered, “A monthly bill payment checklist. It has been a while since you’ve shared one. I think the bill payment log your previously shared needs to be updated.” I smiled. I know by heart how dedicated my husband is when it comes to tracking our bills.
In our home, my husband is the person-in-charge in settling our monthly payables. He pays for our bills for internet, electricity, water and more. He never misses a due date. He has enrolled our utilities to automatic bills payment, and for the other services that don’t have an automatic bill payment system just yet? He diligently logs them in a checklist not to miss any!
So for today’s freebies here in the Shining Mom blog, I am sharing a collection of bill payment templates, just as suggested by my husband. These templates will help you avoid late payment penalties as they are specially designed to help you easily manage your payables’ due dates in one spot. And we personally use some of these templates to keep track of our payables too!
To help you even more, I’ve also added budgeting templates that are also for free download. All the templates included here are simple, practical, and easy to use. And of course, they are pretty and colorful to make planning and organizing fun!

Monthly Bills Payment Worksheet
The first template is a monthly bills payment log. To use, simply write down the due date of your bill, its category, the description, the payment method, and the amount to pay. The last column is where you mark whether or not the payment has been made. For sure, you will never miss a payment due date again using this!

The next template is a yearly payment log that will let you organize your payables for the entire year. What’s nice about this bill pay checklist template is that it allows you to see your all-year bills in one spot, especially your recurring payables.
To use, write the name of the biller, the amount you need to settle, and the due date. You are to check or cross if payment has been successfully made in each box for the month!
