Here you can find various monthly bill payment templates that you can use so you can easily manage your obligations. We’ve also included expense logs, budget planners, and more. It’s time to organize your finances once and for all!
Over a cup of coffee, my husband and I had our usual morning talk. I asked, “Can you help me think of what organizer to share on the blog this week?” He spontaneously answered, “A monthly bill payment checklist. It has been a while since you’ve shared one. I think the bill payment log you previously shared needs to be updated.” I smiled. I know by heart how dedicated my husband is when it comes to tracking our bills.
In our home, my husband is the person in charge of settling our monthly payables. He pays for our internet, electricity, water, and other bills. He never misses a due date. He has enrolled our utilities to automatic bills payment, and for the other services that don’t have an automated bill payment system just yet? He diligently logs them in a checklist not to miss any!
So for today’s freebies in the Shining Mom blog, I am sharing a collection of bill payment templates, just as suggested by my husband. These templates will help you avoid late payment penalties as they are specially designed to help you easily manage your payables’ due dates in one spot. And we personally use some of these templates to keep track of our payables too!
To help you even more, I’ve also added budgeting templates for free download. All the templates included here are simple, practical, and easy to use. And, of course, they are pretty and colorful to make planning and organizing fun!
