Jade and Julius’ Monday wedding in Tagaytay was a refreshingly charming way to start my week.
It rained hard early morning in Manila and I was quite worried if it was also going to rain in Tagaytay in the afternoon since I knew that the wedding ceremony was to be held outdoor. Thanks heaven, the mighty sun showed up. The afternoon was a perfect moment for a wedding.
The wedding program was fun-filled. There were silly games and hilarious jokes. I was also deeply moved by the beautiful speeches, and of course, Julius’ mini concert. Singer pa si Julius! 🙂 Everyone had a great time!

The wedding venue exuded a refreshing and charming vibe. Blue and white flowers were used to adorn the place. I loved every single detail. The couple’s trip-inspired theme featuring airplanes and countries as details reflected their long distance love flair. I was especially blown by the scenery: the beautiful Taal lake.
I was looking for the bride before the ceremony started but she was secretly hiding somewhere. I finally got to see her, for the first time, in her stunning bridal gown. She looked perfectly pretty.

When Alex and I were on our way home, I asked him what his favourite part of the wedding was. He said the food was great. And then he added in a more serious tone, “I like their exchange of vows. What Julius said was panalo. It was just pure soul.” I wanted to tell him what I truly admired but I was already very sleepy since it was almost midnight.
So what was my favourite part? It was when Jade walked towards her groom. It was when she looked up and smiled at him. That was one beautiful sight! The blushing bride looked so much in love!
