Yup, you’ve read it right, moms! We can burn 600 calories in just 4 minutes with this easy workout created by Coach Jim, the coach running the Nestlé FITFIL Boot Camp. This easy-to-do exercise,he said, is especially created for busy ones like us! We now have no excuses for not having time to exercise.haha

Here are the steps:
- 10 basic jumping jacks
- 10 squats, arms raised
- 10 push ups (ladies, wall push up is fine!)
- 10 lunges for each leg
- Repeat the routine and stop at the 4th minute!
