To my dearest,

How do I even begin to tell you how much I appreciate you?

Your love and compassion bring me to tears, even today.   Thanks for always making me feel so much loved and appreciated. Know that I always feel blessed each time you hold my hands, thanking me for the little things that I do for you and for our little boy.

Thank you for our dinner dates. And for bringing me along with you when you go out with your friends and guests.  It’s crazy how I am starting to feel  and act  like one of the boys now because I got so used to dealing with your male friends. I’ve finally learned how to crack jokes the way men do and to eat  like a giant too!

Thank you for always reassuring me that I’m a good parent to Kyle and for always telling me how proud you are for having a teacher wife who religiously teaches your son.

For understanding my love for shopping, I thank you. How can I forget how you patiently accompany me on long queues during end of season sales and how you just joke about online buying as my sole sport? 😉

I also thank you for providing us a simple yet comfortable living. I am always excited to shop food on weekends because you push my cart.  I always feel like a master chef because you eat  what I cook no matter how salty or bland they are. Yes, we may not live in affluence but you, you make me feel rich, really rich.

So, from the depths of my heart, thank you. I’m altogether sure that you will keep on doing the things you do for me. And  I’m definitely going to repay you for everything by giving my unconditional love and respect. But, as much as I try to put it in words, I’m not sure if I can ever express the gratitude I feel for having you in my life. For listening, for caring, for supporting, and for loving me as I am.
