As I officially start my How to Plan a Party series for this month, I am inviting all of you, party planning mommas to download my free printable party planning templates first as they will definitely ease you in your party planning. These planning templates will be your sweet assistant as you wear your special events coordinator hat in your child’s very own celebration! Are you ready to view them?
The Party Plan
This very first freebie in this set is your party-at-a-glance sheet. Here, you will be able to concretize your plan for the party. The three boxes on top will ask you to write the occasion (and the party venue), the time and date of the event and then the party theme. The succeeding boxes will ask you to write your menu, decor plans, loot bags, games and prizes and more! Basically this page holds almost all the party basics that you shouldn’t forget!
Printable Guest List 1
Your next party planning template is where you “draft” the names of the guests. They’re divided into two columns– the first one is for the adults while the second one is for the kids. This page will be of great help in your menu planning, too, as you can see how many kiddie meals and adult meals you should prepare. Towards the end, I’ve added a box where you can write the subtotal of guests.
Printable Guest List 2
I am also including another sheet for your guest list, but of a different format this time. This sheet will be more like your finalized guest list after sending the invites. In the remarks area, you may opt to write whether you guest confirmed to attend or not.
Party Shopping Checklist
I know you will need this page so you wouldn’t have to ask yourself, “What do I need to buy again?”. Bring this pretty list with you in your trip to Divisoria or to the mall! Column 1 is where you write the names of the items to be purchased while in Column 2 is where you write your budget for that particular item so you can watch your spending!
Four useful pages to ease you in your party planning! Do you think you can use them? If you just answered “Yes!” then please proceed >HERE< to get your free printable party planning templates. These party templates are to be printed in standard, letter-size paper (8.5×11″)!
