Happy Freebie Monday! If you’re not-so-new here, then you probably already know that I was a teacher for almost a decade before I finally decided to work from home. And I must admit, although I can’t be grateful enough with all the blessings my becoming a WAHM has poured my family with, there are just moments that I miss the classroom and the noise of learning. I miss the kids, those silly and sweet kids. Ahhh, I miss being a teacher!
But back then when I was still a teacher in an international school, I always dreamt that my students were more organized, especially when I taught ESL students in Junior High. Some of them would forget assignments, projects and other important reminders in school. “If only they were more organized, there would be more learning.” I often told myself.
Remembering those beautifully chaotic teacher days and what my students needed, I have created a special freebie with them in mind of which I am so excited to release on the blog right now. Consider this as a sweet gift for all the students and moms with school kids who happen to catch this post: a free printable school binder that can be readily used to make school life more organized!
But before we jump into the Student Binder preview, here’s a snapshot of the pages you’ll be glad to have, all included in the binder that you can freely download and print for yourself or the kids:
- Pretty Cover
- To-Do Page
- Reading Log
- Homework Planner
- Class Schedule
- Project Planner
- Exam Schedule
- Link to Shining Mom’s Monthly Planner
So if you’re a student or if you know someone who needs a student binder, I am inviting you to browse through the pages and check if you’d like to have them. Students across all levels can use this printable binder!
THE STUDENT BINDER COVER
I intentionally created the cover bright and lovely because everyone likes a beautiful cover, isn’t it? I also allotted a space for the owner’s name which is to be written right on that pretty ribbon!

Simply because students have a lot to do all the time and could forget some if not noted, the very first page you see in the binder is the To Do Page. This page can be used for daily or weekly to do’s.

I know homework can be overwhelming sometimes and so I’ve created this pretty page so no homework will be forgotten again. Ever.

I have created this sheet because I know how important it is! Next stop in your school binder is this truly functional Project Planner. This page has areas for the important project details such as the instructions on how it is to be done as well as the to-do reminders and materials needed!

So students won’t forget their test date as well as plan their reviewing time, this binder includes a printable sheet for exam schedule. There’s a column for the topics covered as well as space for your personal notes right in this organizer!

I have also created this page that is definitely necessary especially at the start of the the school year!

For everyone who loves, loves reading or for those assigned with some reading lists, here’s a pretty and fun page for that!

I know this printable student binder won’t be complete without the monthly calendar planner. I have picked one of Shining Mom calendar sets that’s a perfect match to this, of which you can get for free! And should you like to get this binder in one document, you can do so right here.
And lastly? My wish for this full student binder is that may it reach the hands of several students and may it ignite fun in learning in any way! May it inspire several students to stay focused and be more organized in school! I hope you could help me spread this freebie by pinning the image below on your Pinterest board. Please?
Happy Freebie Monday! See you again next week? Godspeed!
