I am currently working on the final touches of the next big project I’ll be releasing in just a few more days from now but since it’s our usual Freebie Monday date, I thought of releasing a page of the lovely budgeting set (there I’ve spilled it) that you’ll soon have.
So, do you sometimes feel that you can’t control your spending and (sometimes) you just feel that you don’t know where your money went? How about this free printable spending log to list them down?
While it’s sometimes tedious to track your spending, you know that it’s the only way to know where your money goes. Not only that, it’s also a great way to see where you spend your extra money on. With this, you can begin to create and follow a budget for yourself or your family later on because you already have a good baseline of information. This can be done on a daily or weekly basis, depending on your schedule.
My sister-in-law diligently does this all the time and I think this is the very core why they live in such a well-budgeted life (giving them ample amount even for leisure)! She lists them down according to major categories like these: food (groceries and dining out), housing, insurance, gasoline, entertainment and children’s education. She has set budget for each category and lists down each expenditure and makes sure that she won’t go over the budget.
You, too, can try it and start to diligently track your budget. In a month or so, you’ll soon notice the areas where you’ll have to make adjustment so that you can add more savings for your family.
So if you’re already convinced that you need to try tracking your spending, HERE’s the pretty free printable spending log that you could use. (Shhhh… Just check out the page, it does not come out as blurry as the preview I’ve created. You might love it, who knows!)
See you next Monday for our freebie date again, Okay? But remember, your ultimate budget binder set will be released this week so keep coming back! =)
Happy Monday!
