Just one more week and summer will be officially over here in our little abode. Yup, that’s right, because next week, our boy will be going to school again! To build excitement, I’ve created some back to school printables which we will be using for the family house party we will be having right after his first day of school, and we’re sharing them of course! Funnily, creating these printables reminded me so much of my teacher days (I was a teacher for eight years before becoming a WAHM!). By this time back then, I would be so busy with my classroom peripherals. First Day of School (which we fondly called FDS) was always a big thing for me! I would decorate my classroom and would always think of fun activities for the day. FDS always meant so much for the kids, and so now that I am work-at-home mom blessed with some extra time, I’ll try to make the day a little bit special for my own kid.
