My Poems on Labski Fotografi Website

When my lady photographer friend Jan of Labski Fotografi sent a message asking me if I could write a poem for the gallery of the Labski Fotografi website, I was surprised. She thinks that I could write a poem. Really?

I seldom write poems. I only write when I have a story in mind that consumes me and I when I feel the inspiration of retelling it in a more artsy way. And when was the last time that I felt that? A year ago? So when I was given a night to finish writing four poems to be emailed the following day for the re-launching of her website to happen the next day, I panicked! hahaha!

There were four categories given: Event, Family, Fashion and Love. I did not finish writing the poems overnight because I didn’t know where to start! My first word only came to me two hours before I emailed the poems to Jan. I hope she likes them. 🙂
