Why I Think Preggy Moms are Pretty

It’s barely 8 weeks to go before the ideal delivery of our little darling. Where did time go? And while I look at my growing belly right now, I can’t help but appreciate its beauty: It’s big and round and shiny and I feel my baby wriggling around! I’m loving this bump, really. Pregnancy is truly a glorious time in a woman’s life!

 

I funnily remember that ever since I got pregnant with our first-born and experienced the hard work behind carrying life, I find ALL pregnant moms BEAUTIFUL. Well, that probably explains why I feel beautiful, too! Hahaha!

Why do I feel beautiful?

First, it’s because I am carrying life. What could be more amazing than that? What can be more amazing than knowing that I am nourishing my own child inside me?

Second, I feel perfectly feminine! Well, well,  I looked like a pole being soo skinny growing up. Every pregnancy, I am enjoying all  curves that come along with it! I feel perfectly feminine!

And third, I feel the glow. I don’t know but I am extremely proud that I am pregnant, and that probably explains why I feel like I am keeping a secret whenever I talk to friends. It’s like me blushing and wanting to whisper, “I’m happy, I am finally pregnant with baby no. 2!” Silly, giggly me! Hihihi!
