Saturdate

Our typical Saturday would be spent at home watching movies, doing some activities to develop Kyle’s fine motor skills (cutting, hand painting, coloring), having a pizza delivery and preparing a simple meal for lunch and dinner. Some Saturdays however would be spent in malls and playgrounds for the little boy to walk and run around, the ones we call “Saturdates”. 

Last weekend, our “Saturdate” was spent in Eastwood. Now on to the pictures. 🙂

My son Kyle. So pa-cute isn’t he?haha. We stayed for a few minutes in front  of Eastwood Mall to watch the dancing fountain.

Book shopping and reading at Fully Booked. We were both wearing jeans on jeans.haha. And Oh, I am wearing my favorite flats by the way, the Silver Sequin “Varina” bow flats.

Haircut at Cuts for Tots. *I finally got a membership card for Kyle but I still prefer the salon for kids near Mothercare at Robinson’s Galeria for Kyle’s Korean Hairstyle.haha Cuts for Tots , however, is more kid-friendly as they have bigger space and more toys and so I’m sold. 🙂

We inquired at Gymboree for their Music III classes. M3 encourages kids to express their singing voice and emerging musical knowledge through rhythm, pitch, tempo and musical forms.  Kyle is being “informally” interviewed here and The boy responded politely. 😉 I shall be blogging more about education at Gymboree soon.

My boy was very delighted to meet this roobot before we left. He told me he has a new “friend.” Ikaw na anak ang may robot friend! 🙂

After having snacks at our comfort fast food, Mcdonald’s and some “Serenetea moments” (Kyle is loving milk tea like me… he’s a fan of Wintermelon), we headed home. And that’s it! That simple walk around made the boy really happy already. 🙂
